1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Pipeline Flow (the "Service"), operated by Rev Source LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Pipeline Flow is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed for mortgage loan officers. The Service includes contact management, pipeline tracking, task management, calendar, marketing campaigns, document management, analytics, and related tools.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
Pipeline Flow offers subscription-based pricing. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including borrower information, contact records, loan details, and documents. We do not claim ownership of your data. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations, including data privacy and consumer protection laws.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Send unsolicited communications in violation of anti-spam laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the operation of the Service
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime when possible.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, code, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Rev Source LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription period.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rev Source LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
